Customs and Duties
Any taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We ship our orders DDU (delivered duties unpaid). We do not collect any money for these things, nor do we have any knowledge about the specific policies of your country, and cannot offer assistance on these processes. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Because you (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. Make sure you check this before you order. If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Vintage Something cannot do this on your behalf.
Important Information for US & Canada Buyers: Please note that due to recent changes in US customs regulations and the suspension of the de minimis exemption for many product categories, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by US Customs and Border Protection and are not collected by us at the time of purchase. We have no way of estimating these costs and cannot provide assistance with customs procedures. You will be solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or fees to receive your order.
Important Information for EU Buyers: Please be aware that for orders with a total value of €150 or less, Value Added Tax (VAT) will likely be collected by your local postal service or customs authority upon arrival of your package. We are not registered for the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for these shipments, so VAT is not collected by us at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for paying this VAT, and potentially a handling fee, to receive your order. For orders exceeding €150, standard import VAT and customs duties will apply and will be payable by you upon arrival.
🚨Refusal of Delivery / Unpaid Duties🚨
If an order is refused on arrival due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the shipment will be abandoned or disposed of and no refunds will be issued. All charges related to customs clearance and acceptance of the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Remote Areas
We ship exclusively with DHL. DHL maintains its own list of remote or out-of-delivery areas based on postal codes. If your zip code falls within this classification, we will automatically cancel and refund your order. Shipping to remote areas significantly increases delivery costs—costs we’re currently unable to absorb. You can check whether your location is considered a remote area by DHL at the following link: DHL Express Remote Area List 2025.
