All Sales Are Final

Due to the vintage nature and age of our products, it is possible that you may occasionally find minor flaws or imperfections though we do our best to mention any significant flaw in the item description. We guarantee our items to be 100% wearable and can only accept returns for items that are damaged through transit or in the case that we have overlooked an obvious flaw. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we must be notified by email through the contact form (accompanied by photos of the defect) within 4 days of reception. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly.

🚨Refusal of Delivery / Unpaid Duties🚨
If an order is refused on arrival due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the shipment will be abandoned or disposed of and no refunds will be issued. All charges related to customs clearance and acceptance of the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.

EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal


If you are a customer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your package.

Initiating a Return

  • The request: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the self-service "Withdraw from Contract" button located in our storefront footer or contact us by email. Once you submit your order details and confirm the cancellation, a timestamped confirmation receipt will be sent to your email automatically.
  • The Shipping Window: From the moment you submit your withdrawal request through the button, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to physically ship the return parcel back to us.

Return Shipping & Customs Liabilities

  • Shipping Costs: The direct cost of return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our Partner Carrier (DHL): To ensure secure transport and smooth customs clearance, we strongly recommend using DHL. If you prefer, you can request a pre-paid DHL return waybill from us. If you choose this option, the actual cost of the DHL waybill will be deducted from your final refund.
If you arrange your own return shipment, we strongly recommend contacting us before shipping so that we can provide guidance regarding customs declarations, including the appropriate Harmonized System (HS) code for your item. This helps ensure accurate customs processing and can help minimize unnecessary duties, delays, or misclassification issues during transit.
  • Transit Expectations: Because returns travel cross-border back to our fulfillment country, shipping times vary. Please allow at least a couple of weeks from the date you ship the parcel for it to physically reach our warehouse.
  • Re-Importation Duties: Because returns travel cross-border back to our fulfillment country, they are subject to import tariffs and customs clearance fees at our border. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other costs incurred by us as a direct result of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customs Declaration & Packaging: To help minimize customs charges and delays, we strongly recommend that the shipment and any accompanying customs documentation be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS - RELIEF CLAIMED" and include your original outbound tracking number. We strongly recommend reusing the original packaging you received your order in whenever possible, to protect the items and maintain accurate weight declarations.


Refunds & Condition of Goods

  • Timeline & Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until either the returned items have been received or you have provided valid proof of return shipment (such as a tracking number confirming dispatch), whichever occurs first. Once the refund has been issued on our end, please allow up to 14 days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Inspection: You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (similar to inspecting an item in a physical store). Items returned damaged, noticeably worn, or altered will be subject to a value reduction deduction from the final refund.

Please note: any import duties or taxes you paid to your local customs authority when your order entered the EU are outside our control and are not included in your refund. You may be able to reclaim these directly from your country's customs authority — eligibility and process varies by country so please check with your local customs authority.

  • Exemptions: Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
